A.K.A The Brewdood
A craft beer pioneer in these parts, Lenny opened his first brewpub in 1992 and Smokehouse Brewing in 1998. He introduced the shaker pint glass, cask-conditioned real ale dispensed from a beer engine and the firkin to Columbus. Starting when there were only about 200 micros and brewpubs in the country, he helped shape the Columbus craft beer scene to what it is today.
For years, he swore he didn’t want to be in the production craft space. This chameleon now shows his true colors.
